#1. Lemon+Lime+Cucumber+Water Detox.1 lemon thinly sliced, 1 lime thinly sliced, 1 cucumber thinly sliced and 1 litre of water. Combine everything in a water bottle(do not shake, rather use a spoon to stir), keep it in the refrigerator overnight or for 12hours for it to thoroughly infuse, wake up the next day and your detox water is ready! Carry it with you everywhere and keep refilling the water if it gets exhausted. Make a new one the next day. (Edit: women in their reproductive years, youthful or in their prime shouldn’t take this too often or at all as lemon and lime are not so good for them).
#2. Watermelon+Strawberry+Mint Leaves+Water Detox. 2 medium slice of watermelon, 1/2 pint strawberries, sliced in half, 8 mint leaves and 1 ltr of water. Repeat the above process.
#3. Cucumber Water. 1 medium sized cucumber, cut into ½ inch slices with 1 ltr water. Repeat the first process stated.
#4. Strawberry+Lemon+Mint leaves+Water. 15 strawberries quartered, 1 lemon thinly sliced, 5 mint leaves and 1 ltr water.
#5. Lemon+Lime+Water. 1 lemon thinly sliced, 3 limes thinly sliced, and water to the brim.
#6. Pineapple+Orange+Water. ½ of a small sized pineapple thinly sliced, 1 orange thinly sliced and water.
#7. Lime+Cucumber+Mint leaves+Water. 1 lime thinly sliced, small sized cucumber sliced into rings, 5 mint leaves and water to the brim.
